Custom PoS spots played out in all European stores to highlight Black Friday Sales.

As the global provider of in-store music for Puma, HearDis! is not only responsible for curating and managing the musical experience but also for creating tailored audio spots that enhance various retail campaigns. For Black Friday 2024, Puma entrusted us with the task of producing Early Access spots to build anticipation for upcoming specials, as well as Black Week follow-up spots to drive sales — all in multiple languages to meet the diverse needs of different countries and regions.

The challenge was to create two unique audio spots in nine languages for all European stores across 17 countries. To ensure local relevance and clarity, we collaborated with professional translators to adapt the scripts and sourced native voice actors from our extensive network. Each spot was recorded in high-end studios, ensuring the highest production quality and brand consistency.

To seamlessly integrate the campaign soundtracks, we selected a matching music production from the HearDis! library, reinforcing the energy and urgency of the Black Friday promotions. The final step was scheduling the precise playout timings using our proprietary software, ensuring that each store delivered the right message at the right moment.

Alongside our global Puma soundtrack, which plays in over 300 stores worldwide, these targeted PoS spots amplified the impact of the campaign, engaging customers and driving sales in a compelling, localized way.

By combining strategy, creativity, and seamless execution, HearDis! helped Puma maximize its Black Friday impact, proving that the right sound at the right time makes all the difference.
