For more than 100 years, “Magazine zum Globus” has been an inspiration and driving force in Switzerland’s retail landscape. Offering the finest, newest and rarest things in life, the first Swiss department store helped define customer experience as we know it today. We are super excited to be part of this institution's journey into the future through a comprehensive audio branding, and distinct soundtracks for its nine locations.
Working closely with the Globus marketing team, HearDis! has curated an individual selection of songs to complement the stores’ customer profiles. Based on the parameters defined in the audio branding process, our curators translated the Globus identity into music, and the HearDis! AI software continuously creates soundtracks that fit perfectly with the desired mood on each floor.

For selected Globus stores, we implemented not only the content but also a state-of-the-art wireless sound system that is highly adaptable to reflect what is happening on the shop floor. Strategically placed speakers create specific audio zones, highlighting particular sections or brand spaces, and can be adjusted to traffic data. This targeted audio approach draws customers' focus, increases interest, and encourages exploration within the store. By delivering a dynamic and immersive audio experience, Globus can better connect with customers and stimulate their senses.
